Shipping Policy
PLEASE NOTE: During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow extra time for your custom order, dispatch and delivery due to the high volume of orders.
Shipping:
CM Creations ships from Houston, TX. Postage will be calculated during the checkout process.
Delivery Times for Hawaii:
USPS Ground: 5-7 business days for small packages. 7days up to 4 weeks for larger package.
USPS Priority: 3-5 business days for medium packages. 5days up to 4 weeks for larger package.
UPS Ground: 4-5 business days.
UPS 2 Day Shipping: 3-4 business days.
USA Continental:
Continental vary depending on the shipping method chosen and any potential delays. Generally, packages take up to 5-7 business days.
Once your order has left our hands, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on location. All orders will have a tracking number.
Tracking your order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.
Ewa Beach Pick-Up
We offer pick-up at Ewa Beach. We do not order meet-ups or delivery, unless there are exceptional circumstances, in which case we may be able to arrange meet-up or delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us in regards to it.
Process: We typically ship to our Ewa Beach location in bulk, meaning we ship multiple orders all at once to reduce shipping costs. Your order could be completed but will not be shipped until all orders in the batch are complete. Once the package has arrived in Ewa Beach, we will contact you directly to schedule pickup.
Please place your order in a timely manner.

March 29th - April 4th
April 26th - May 2nd
May 10th - May 16th
July 12th - July 18th
August 23rd - August 29th
September 27th - September 3rd
October 25th - October 31st
November 29th - November 5th
There will be NO Ewa Beach pickup available from May 20th – July 12th.
We are taking our annual mid-year break from June 1st – June 30th. Response time will be slower, with little to no production. Please place your order in a timely manner. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
Customer Service
Returns, refunds and exchanges:
As all of our pieces are made to order, no refunds or exchanges can be made for a change of mind. All sales are final and once your order is accepted, your order may not be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Faults, Breaks and Quality:
If your piece arrives faulty in any way, please contact me immediately, via email with photos of your damaged item to discuss options. Please note that no replacements or refunds will be given to items broken after they leave our HQ. If you feel somethings has broken via post, please contact us to discuss.
As each piece is handmade, minor flaws may be present, please be aware that replacements will not be approved for such minor flaws.
