The Process + Important Things

  1. After making the purchase, please allow CM Creations about 24 - 72 hours to respond.

  2. Cake Topper does not include added design. There is extra charge if you’d like to add designs to your cake topper. (Invoice will be sent after discussing final price + final draft has been sent and approved from client)

  3. CM Creations will send you a personalized catalog with fonts to chose from.

  4. Initial draft design is provided to Client from CM Creation for review/adjustments and/or approval. This process may occur a few times for final approval. Keep in mind that the quicker you provide feedback and changes, the quicker the design process will be.

Design Process:

Once your order is placed, we’ll gather your event details including theme, colors, and personalization preferences. A mockup will be created for approval before production begins to ensure everything feels just right.
