The Process + Important Things

  1. After making the purchase, please allow CM Creations about 24 - 72 hours to respond.

  2. Name Sign does not include added design. There is extra charge if you’d like to add designs to your sign. (Invoice will be sent after discussing final price + final draft has been sent and approved from client)

  3. CM Creations will send you a personalized catalog with fonts to chose from.

  4. Initial draft design is provided to Client from CM Creation for review/adjustments and/or approval. This process may occur a few times for final approval. Keep in mind that the quicker you provide feedback and changes, the quicker the design process will be.
