All custom signage and event pieces start with a base price depending on size and item type. To begin the design process, a size must be selected and purchased.

You may upgrade your size later if needed. Please note that additional design elements or upgrades may come with added costs.

Once your order is placed, we’ll gather the essential details:

-Event date

-Theme and color palette

-Names, wording, or personalization

-Any sentimental or must-have details

This helps us create a clear vision before designing.

We begin by establishing the overall design direction, including font selection and layout style. Fonts are chosen intentionally — not every name or phrase works with every font, and part of the custom process is finding what looks best for your design.

You’ll receive a few quick mockups to explore different design directions. This may include:

-Font variations

-Layout options

-Board shape options (if applicable)

This step helps narrow down what you love (and what you don’t).

You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared. We’ll refine the design together through revisions until you’re happy with the final layout.

Once the design is approved, full payment is required before production begins. After payment is completed, your board moves into the creation phase.

If you’re ordering multiple items for the same event, we offer bundle pricing to help keep things cohesive and cost-effective.

Adding matching signs (such as a welcome sign, cake sign, or additional milestones) allows us to design everything together for a seamless look — and bundled items receive a discounted rate compared to ordering individually.
